What inspired you to create Bedroom Behavior?
After making some custom pieces for exotic dancers or woman for special events such as Trinidad Carnival or music festivals we decided to make our own line of fun and sexy lingerie.
How did you first get started in the lingerie industry?
I went to FIT for Fashion Design and specialized in Intimate Apparel. Once I graduated I worked in the Intimates/ Swimwear designing for mass market.
What influences your pieces?
Different Woman and traveling to different countries have inspired all of the different styles.
What are you doing differently than others in the industry?
We want to be a more fun and modern line. So we like to use bright colors, not just the basic blacks and reds, to showcase our customers fun and sassy side.
We want our customers to Enjoy Being Sexy™.
What trends can are coming in 2016?
Caging is definitely a big trend as well as using different photorealistic prints which we have in our line.
How do your pieces promote confidence?
By using bright colors and silhouettes to accentuate woman’s natural curves. Our motto is Capturing Every Curve™.
What do you love about lingerie?
Woman wear lingerie to feel sexy or to show off their curves. I love that lingerie is worn the closest to your body and is the most intimate piece of clothing someone wears. At Bedroom Behavior we want our pieces to either be worn in the Bedroom or shown off in public. Our customer is a confident and fun person. Lingerie is a reflection of your personality just as any other type of clothing you may wear.
What’s next for BB?
We are in the process of adding Plus Sizes up to 2X. We also will launch our Men’s line in 2016.
