Well, it’s a brand new year, do you have anything new and interesting in the works for 2016?
This year I plan on focusing more on fitness opportunities. I want to start a physique magazine & blog for the upcoming trainers and people who↔ need a little motivation! I’m also going for covers of magazines this year. [SW: Sweetheart, just say the words…]
Any new resolutions for 2016?
My new resolutions are just to put fitness and health before anything else I have going on, and to start taking it more seriously!
So what are you fitness goals for the new year?
2016 fitness goals is to add more leafy greens to my diet and cut out the mountain dew! Lol
